Details about this opportunity:

Part-Time, Fee for Service Opportunities. Flexible scheduling available!
This particular caseload is 8 hours across 3 days, but there is opportunity to take on more if desired.
Working with School aged children
Position available near White Plains, NY
Fee for Service Compensation: $60-$69 / hour service

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held

Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
Bilingual is a plus
