Overview
The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for the technical
support of vendor packages for the Finance and Accounting
organization. This will include troubleshooting issues, performing
upgrades, maintaining application integration components and
database administration. Additional responsibility for ancillary
systems as needed. This position will be involved in all aspects of
the product development life cycle including gathering user
requirements, designing the application, developing and programming
the code, end-to-end testing and documentation. This includes
taking a leadership role in the software development life cycle to
ensure project tasks are completed. The applicant must have the
ability to perform tasks independently and/or with minimum
guidance.

Competitive salary with annual target bonus. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc.
The annual salary range for this position is $92,000-$139,000.

Responsibilities
Work with vendor to install packages or modules within existing
applications
Support existing vendor applications, including troubleshooting and
resolving production problems
Partners with business representatives to understand, define and
achieve system goals
Partners with business representatives to enhance efficiency and
reduce costs.
Develop functional scope and specifications for new systems and for
significant enhancement ot existing systems
Perform other related assignments, as required
Draft test plans and performs unit, integration and system testing
and coordination of user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
Education:
College degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
Skills:
Technical Skills PREFERRED
Programming Languages: .Net Framework (including VB.NET, C#,
ASP.NET), Java, C/C++, SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, XML, HTML, EPM
Groovy
Operating Systems: All windows platforms, Linux
Middleware: Tibco BusinessWorks, WebServices, SOAP
Software: PeopleSoft 9.2, Oracle Financials Suite (including, EPM
or Oracle Cloud ERP), Deltek Vision 7.6 , Microsoft Office Suite,
Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft
Visio, Oracle BI Publisher
Database: Microsoft SQLServer 2012 or later, Oracle 12c or
later
ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently or in a group
Highly flexible and open to new ideas
Detail oriented and self-motivated individual
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Must have a minimum 2 years experience in software development life
cycle or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of Financial systems support experience
required
Ability to learn new technologies as required for the job using
documentation and other available sources
Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities
while meeting deadlines
Must be flexible to work off hours as required to install product
upgrades, support production problems and other corporate
emergencies.
