Responsibilities:

Maintain Accounts Receivable, Collections
Oversee and Maintain Cash Receipts Journal
Reconcile Accounts Receivable, Customer Deposits, Credit Cards, Bank Deposits and Wires Received
Maintain Accounts Payable, coding vouchers, assist with check runs, reconcile to General Ledger, W-9's and 1099's
Handle vendor calls, inquiry's, Recurring Payments, Sales Taxes
Inventory analysis and reconciliations
Assist with monthly close, account analysis, journal entries and other Accounting Projects
Support our Accounting and Operations Teams in Multiple Areas
Qualified applicants for this position will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2+ Years of Experience
Knowledge of systems and software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail
Experience with Sage a Plus
