Job Description Job Description An established organization in the Cleveland, OH area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintains strong accuracy in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable handling a steady volume of transactional work. The role begins on a temporary basis with a strong likelihood of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and long-term business needs. Responsibilities: Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies directly with vendors Process vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items Assist with month-end close procedures Requirements: At least 3 years of accounts payable experience Comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Effective written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team Comfortable adapting to new technology and updated processes Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
