A Bath House, a leader in luxury organic bath products, is seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the optimal operation and pristine condition of our in-house pool facilities, crucial for delivering a premium guest experience. The Pool Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all pool areas, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality and sustainability synonymous with our brand. Regular maintenance of pool water cleanliness and chemical balance. Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment and machinery. Conducting daily inspections and maintaining safety documentation. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with other facility staff to ensure a seamless operation. Training staff on pool safety and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in swimming pool maintenance tools and chemicals Understanding of hydraulics, water flow, and ventilation systems Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and chemical issues Strong organizational and communication skills Capability to work both independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred
