Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projects - Monitor and oversee project budgets - Establish project team(s) - Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities - Communicate and build client relationships Qualifications - Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor - License in New York is required; New Jersey license is preferred - Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS - Superior communication skills - Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings - Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions - Construction Layout computations and calculations We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment -Compensation: Minimum: $120,000: Maximum: $150,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
