the Newington area. Main Job Responsibilities of the Retail
Customer Service Associate: Serve as the primary point of contact
for Frontier Communications customers visiting retail locations
throughout Connecticut and providing a welcoming and professional
retail sales experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and
issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency, taking ownership of
resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist
customers with their service needs, providing accurate,
comprehensive information about Frontier Communications products,
services, and promotions, and helping them make informed decisions.
Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, following
company policies for timely resolution. Meticulously log customer
interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system to
ensure data accuracy and build a comprehensive understanding of
Frontier Communications customers' needs and preferences in
Newington. Following up with customers ensures their needs are met,
issues are resolved, and they are satisfied, promoting loyalty.
Work with sales and operations to ensure positive customer
experiences, solve complex issues, and communicate customer needs
for Frontier Communications campaign service improvements. Analyze
customer feedback to identify trends and contribute to improving
Frontier Communications' customer experience through best practices
and process improvements.
