We are looking for a results-driven Basketball Coach to join our community. In this role you will: Inspire a profound love of athletics in all scholars Collaborate with other coaches across the network to build a world-class basketball program in our elementary schools Instill values of respect, team spirit, passion, modesty, fair play, and individuality in our scholars Manage a rigorous basketball team focused on developing scholars' technical skills at a high level Invest parents and families in the transformative role athletics can play in children's lives Engage in training with school leaders and benefitting from targeted, in-the-moment feedback on instruction, which accelerates learning and growth with unparalleled support We invite you to apply if you: Have experience coaching youth basketball with a record of excellence Have an outstanding record of academic achievement and extracurricular leadership Are able to manage both administrative and coaching aspects of the position in a timely and organized manner. Are able to develop concepts such teamwork, healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship and nutrition Possess a demonstrated track record of propelling students' understanding and love of basketball Have an advanced understanding of the game of basketball as well as strong class management Have a drive to ensure that joyful, rigorous instruction is delivered to every scholar, every day Are passionate about basketball Compensation : Starting From: $50,000.00 - exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
