Here’s what we offer: Base plus bonuses ($55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year) Incentives Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401K Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Tuition reimbursement Learning and professional development opportunities Training, education and growth Take-home vehicle Year-round work What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician: Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services that we provide to benefit them Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process Learning the Edwin Stipe HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
