Job Description Job Description Project Manager – Building Automation / HVAC Controls Location: South Jersey Compensation: Competitive base growth upside A well-established commercial HVAC and building automation contractor in South Jersey is seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background in building automation systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and capital improvement projects . This is not a paper-pushing PM role. The position offers real involvement in project execution, estimating, and future leadership , with room to expand into management, supervisory, or even sales-oriented responsibilities depending on experience and interest.
