TO MOVE TO AUSTRALIA FOR 2 OR MORE YEARS WHAT WE’RE DOING The
Enterprise Mission C2 (EMC2) organization is delivering advanced,
multi-domain battle management capabilities that enable joint and
coalition operations worldwide. We are seeking a proven and
experienced technical leader to serve as the AIR6500 Solution Train
Engineer. The AIR6500 program will provide a Joint Air Battle
Management System capability for the Royal Australian Air Force,
delivering multi-domain integration across air, electromagnetic,
and missile defense battle management. The system includes
deployable and fixed operations centers, communications
infrastructure, and both active and passive sensor integration.
This is a two-year expatriate assignment based in Adelaide,
Australia, offering a unique opportunity to lead Agile Release
Trains for a complex, international defense program. THE WORK •
Lead by example by helping to embed and grow Lean, Agile and
Systems Thinking mindsets to guide the necessary changes that
solidify high productivity • Lead, train, and coach the
organization in Agile adoption • Coaches team to collaborate,
measure, and improve • Work with customers and stakeholders to
foster buy-in and collaboration on Lean and Agile principles and
practices • Lead Release and Increment Planning • Lead System-Level
stakeholder demos and reviews • Coordinate the ARTs • Oversee the
management of the Solution Backlog • Continuously drive technical
process excellence • Focus on enhancing execution by leveraging
proven processes, sharing lessons learned, and adopting best
practices coming from other parts of the business or industry •
Provides oversight and governing to optimize the flow of value •
Measure and learn how to improve and deliver better outcomes •
Drive continuous improvement through Leading Inspect and Adapt
workshops (i.e. retrospectives) • Manage infrastructure and
processes support the ARTs • Execute workshare on strategic levels

knowledge in one or more of the Command, Control, Communications,
Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and
Electronic Warfare (C4ISREW) domains Expert experience in running a
multi-disciplinary product team, • Excellent understanding and
experience undertaking Agile development Highly advanced knowledge
of Agile frameworks, processes, and tools, • Expert experience in
assessing, planning, and implementing skill improvement actions •
Experience in a Solution Train Engineer role for a large complex
developmental system • Experience with Atlassian JIRA Desired
skills • Experience DevSecOps development • Understands Model-Based
Engineering (MBE) processes • SAFe Training/Certification, •
Control Account Management (CAM) experience • Experience with
integration of Earned Value Management in and Agile program

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

$147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
