If you want to be part of a top organization with growth potential, this is the job for you.Why join us?Competitive Base SalaryMedical, Dental, VisionPTO401k+MatchJob DetailsDuties:Maintain consistent involvement in the commercial loss arena to ensure all project activities are fulfilled.Monitor activity on all projects per the lead restoration technician and technician---s feedback.Work in conjunction with the Safety, DOT and IFTA Director to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and conform daily to all federal and state regulations as it applies to safety, DOT, IFTA, and OSHA.Maintain awareness of day-to-day job costs as it pertains to labor, material, and equipment to insure maximum profitability on all projects.Assign new and existing sub-contractors per project to ensure activities are completed thoroughly Requirements:5+ years of PM experience Experience in Retail ConstructionPossess a valid driver---s license and a safe driving record.Reliable transportation with proof of current insurance.Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow client---s safety policies.Capable of lifting a minimum of 60 lbs.Pass a drug screen and background check.Interested in hearing more?
