Put simply, we make "Life Good" - from home appliances, consumer electronics, vehicle components and mobile communications to business innovations in digital signage, air conditioning, solar and LED lighting.We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Senior Brand Manager, Home Entertainment/IT on the Marketing Team!Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports LG's long term brand strategy and contributes to bringing the brands' US vision to life in everything we do.
  • Develops and implements best-in-class marketing strategies - and the metrics that measure their impact- to deliver business and brand equity goals.
  • Crafts omni-channel communication strategies for product segments, translating functional and technical specs in to compelling and differentiated consumer propositions.
  • Ensures communication strategies are integrated across all elements of the marketing mix from advertising to in-store, leveraging Paid, Owned and Earned channels.
  • Engages and influences key stakeholders across the organization, including US senior management, sales and product leaders, HQ counterparts etc. to gain alignment on marketing and communication strategies, investment/media mix recommendations and overall priorities.
  • Serves as brand lead on key marketing activities including media planning and budget management.
  • Translates strategies into effective communication at retail including point-of-sale, displays and retail activations
  • Works with Market Research to identify brand and consumer research needs to inform and validate strategies while keeping abreast of changing consumer, marketplace and channel dynamics. Analyzes and evaluates data to derive actionable insights and implications.
  • On-going monitoring of brand health and reputation identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Monitors competitive landscape and identifies implications, potential business impacts.Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 10+ years of marketing, brand strategy or brand management experience with a proven track record of results.
    • Strong leadership experience in brand development, leading new product launches, success in managing agencies, experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners.
    • Polished written and oral communications. Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform, inspire and influence.
    • Ability to distill data, complex business issues into effective storytelling that clearly articulates business issues, opportunities and recommended action.
