Make clients smile.2. Successfully renew of all accounts in your book.3. Develop high level of trust with client counterparts.4. Maintain appropriate level of communication with clients.5. Be proactive and organized in the renewal process to exceed client expectations.6. Adhere to internal processes, timelines, and protocols.Job Responsibilities:1. Work to retain accounts through excellent customer service, proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, and utilizing internal resources.2. Responsible for the renewal process and managing a full book of business in accordance with our renewal timeline. Be aware of the service being provided by other servicing departments and address deficiencies to help ensure customer satisfaction from the Lamb Team. Leave no stone unturned - use all resources.3. Communicates with clients written and verbally.4. Client-Facing meetings as necessary to build relationships.5. Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews. When delegating any specific tasks to Assistant Account Managers, takes responsibility for managing their performance of the tasks. Anticipate and proactively handle situations with renewal pricing, mid-term endorsements, billing, service, etc. to enhance our service and relationship with the client. Handles billing and mailings pertaining assigned accounts.6. Responsible for learning, understanding and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols and workflows.7. Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication is necessary with Clients, Carriers, and internal team members.8. Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable.Job Requirements:1. 4 year College Degree2. 8-10 years of experience with property and casualty, workers comp, auto and general liability Management experience3. Current P&C Producer License, preferred4. Prior experience working within Epic or another Agency Management System, preferred.5. Knowledge of how insurance policies work6. Experience with workers compensation, general liability, auto liability, professional liability, Umbrella, property, crime, Management Liability, Cyber Liability insurance coverages, including Surplus Lines/Non-Admitted insurance.7. Passionately finds ways over, around or through barriers to success. Achieves results despite lack of resources. Goes beyond the call of duty. Shows bias for action. A results-oriented "doer".8. Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment, including Excel.9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English11. Team player12. Achieves favorable outcomes in win/win negotiations.13. Attention to detail, take ownership of your work and make sure it is accurate.14. Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines15. Investigative mindset16. Passionately service-oriented, Understands the how to anticipate client needs and make it easy for them to conduct their business. Response time within 24 hours. Maintain appropriate contact with the client.17. Consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making. Neither indecisive or hipshooter.18. Ability to Travel for Client Meetings19.
