Job Description:

The Business Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognizes technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Core Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior business stakeholders and Model Risk methodology specialists as part of a global technology team to develop and refine requirements for the model inventory system
• Gather, analyze, document and communicate requirements as well as maintain project plans and track project status.
• Responsible for acquiring stakeholder consensus for all documented business requirements
• Knowledgeable in the Agile methodology including scrum meetings such as sprint planning, standup, demos, and retrospectives along with defining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Should understand overall control objectives for the JIRA Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
  • Experience in Agile methodologies as BA
  • Experienced in collecting, organizing, and tracking requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially pertaining to data analysis.
  • Financial Services systems experience is mandatory
  • Experience in Model risk management is preferred
  • Must have experience with the following set of tools: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA Education:
