Europerfumes is actively seeking an Account Manger to join our emerging brands division. As an Account Manger you'll be responsible managing existing business in addition to developing new accounts across North America.   • Manage all accounts existing and future
  • Develop new accounts to contribute to continued growth of revenue
  • Process sales orders while upselling and cross selling other brands
  • Continue to strengthen relationships and grow business with current accounts
  • Send (and follow up on) samples to existing and potential accounts
  • Keep CRM software up to date
  • Provide retail stores with brand trainings and marketing materials
  • Plan special events with retail accounts based around new launches
  • Manage associate incentive program within retail stores
  • Organize and attend trade shows as neededBrand Management
    • Responsible for development and execution of all brand building activity to reflect each brand's DNA
    • Manage day to day elements of brand marketing, including social/digital media platforms such as Instagram and Linked In.
    • Create and execute marketing plans/campaigns including promotional materials for new launches, business proposals, brand pitches
    • Refine and communicate unique brand storytelling to support brand growth
    • Forecast and place opening orders for new launches
    • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity
    • Update and maintain brand line sheets
    • Support multiple departments including department stores and online retail site
    • Meet with brands as needed to review sales and growth
    • Review samples and provide input on potential new brands
    • Run and closely monitor monthly sales reports
    • Travel requirement up to 20% as needed to perform job function.Skills and Qualifications:
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Canva/Powerpoint deck presentation skills for content and design
      • Interest and understanding of luxury goods industry
      • Well organized with an ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
      • Proficient in Excel
