Your primary focus will be developing new business in partnership with our sales, product and marketing teams. You will also expand relationships and revenue within our existing clients. -REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field5+ years of relevant sales experience -PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Can call on active Fortune 500 relationships with HR, C-suite & other leaders.Has experience selling organizational development and transformation, leadership development, health and wellness, human capital management, employee engagement, and change management consulting and training solutions.Skilled at discovery, including specific stressors that undermine clients productivity, engagement, health and wellness, and capable of positioning The Energy Projects solutions to meet those challenges.Secures new business and exceeds sales targets through prospecting, securing referrals, cold calling and building new relationships with business unit leaders including C-suite, CHROs and L&D leaders. Experience maintaining existing customer relationships and ensuring that customers are getting strong return on their investment with TEP.Experience expanding existing business into new departments and divisions.Powered by JazzHR
