Working in collaboration with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, the POH program provides a safe and nurturing environment for 439 youth as well as therapeutic and educational services and other supports that youth need to achieve success through an array of strength-based and targeted interventions as well as link them with family members and/or other sponsors in the United States so they are able to move forward with their lives and thrive. The Assistant VP will supervise 5 Program Administrators, and collaboratively will ensure that the program is run in accordance with regulations outlined by ORR and OCFS and maintaining high levels of quality and supports.

• The AVP will support the Vice President in overseeing the daily operations of the Residential Program to ensure processes in the residential program are being implemented and followed as stipulated by the organization, OCFS and ORR.
• The AVP will oversee the facilities and program regulations and protocols, and will create internal action plans as necessary and on a timely fashion.
• A Masters degree in a Human Services or related field or bachelors degree plus 5 years experience in child welfare administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management
• Direct service delivery experience
• Experience working with traumatized/exploited children and children with challenging behaviors
