best-in-class client relationship management program for our top
investor clients that sets CBRE apart. The end goal is to drive
high client satisfaction, strong and measurable client outcomes,
and growth of our business for CBRE.Client Care Director is an
essential role, responsible for developing and maintaining global
business relationships with major investor clients of strategic
significance to CBRE.Works as core member of a three-person team
responsible assigned to a group of strategic client accounts.
Promotes customer satisfaction, client growth, connectedness, and
deep relationship development. Formulates engagement plans working
in concert with clients; Implements plans by collaborating with
CBRE lines of business and market leaders. Provides ongoing support
to clients ensuring they receive high quality service delivery,
timely communications, assistance navigating CBRE's network, and
privileged access to CBRE resources. Delivers curated thought
leadership, research, and executive sponsorships that are
meaningful to the client. Develops and maintains professional
relationships with clients at the senior management or executive

strategic level.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides
assigned clients with quality assurance, connectedness to CBRE, and
"voice of the client" advocacy.Helps clients navigate CBRE to
ensure best talent and optimal solutions for their needAnalyzes
client strategy, feedback, performance metrics, and desired
investment outcomes; Leverages understandingto identify risks and
opportunitiesCollaborates with CBRE lines of business (Capital
Markets, Leasing, Property Management, and Valuations), Corporate
Functions (Research, Marketing, Communications, Analytics), market
leaders, and producers to ensure outstanding client outcomes for
clientsWorks with Client Care Account Executive to formulate and
implement annual client agenda and engagement planCultivates
meaningful relationships with client personnel; Develops trust
through availability, listening, and reliable follow up.Where
appropriate, coordinates internal teams in order to provide more
seamless service to clients; May lead consulting projects or other
complex deliverablesDrives forward lead generation, attachment
across service lines, and introduction of innovative and sponsored
CBRE product solutions that are relevant to the clientLeads and/or
contributes to bespoke client communications, analytics, and/or
deliverables as instructed by Client Care Account Executive
(working closely with Senior Analyst)#CBREIM#INDSJBachelor's degree
(BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 10
years of relevant experience. Masters degree preferred.Commercial
real estate investor experience with background in capital markets,
debt, property management, research, or valuations,
preferred.Requires knowledge of commercial real estate financial
terms and principles. Adept at analyzing financial reports of
public companies. Able to review financial reports prepared by
others and formulate findings and recommendations to internal or
client stakeholdersAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret
complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several
options in complex situations. Ability to stay calm and
professional under pressure.Possess a strong connection with
Research and the ability to understand/interpret the work and data
they produce, and partner for bespoke client
projects.#CBREIM#INDSJThe minimum salary for the Client Care
Director position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for
the position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered
to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
