The BriteLife Way:BriteLife Recovery LLC was founded in late 2019
and became operational with its first facility opened in Hilton
Head South Carolina on Jan 5, 2020. BriteLife Recovery LLC's
corporate headquarters are in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The
company offers a full continuum of substance use disorder and
co-occurring mental health services for adults 18 and older. At
Britelife Recovery, we will continually strive to meet a standard
of care that aims to be measured and tested. Every individual is
unique, and each case of substance use disorder treatment is going
to be equally as unique. Britelife aims to create a collaborative
approach to individualization that incorporates a holistic approach
to care.

Overview of the Position:
Britelife Recovery is a values-based organization that is committed
to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. We are
currently seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) who will be
responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of
clinical programs and services. The CCO will also be responsible
for ensuring that our clinical staff provides compassionate,
culturally sensitive and evidence-based care. The ideal candidate
will have a passion for our mission, as well as experience in
developing and leading clinical programs in a healthcare
setting.
CCO will serve as the primary clinical voice for clinical strategy
and program development decisions in support of Britelife
Recovery's mission, values, and strategic priorities. The CCO is a
senior executive position and is responsible for leading the
strategy, implementation, and monitoring of all day-to-day clinical
services, standards, and preferred practice protocols in support of
Britelife Recovery's strategic vision and plan.
Primary Tasks:
Oversees the development and implementation of clinical policies,
procedures, and programs.
Monitors quality assurance activities and provides feedback to
staff to ensure that high standards of care are met.
Participates in the development and management of the budget for
the clinical department.
Ensures clinical policy and procedure manuals comply with Federal
and State regulations and reflect agency practices.
Partnering with the executive team to ensure Britelife Recovery has
an aggressive approach to process improvement, consistent
structures which promote quality and programs of excellence.
Reviewing clinical data from patients' medical records to ensure
that treatment plans are being followed properly.
Oversee the ongoing evaluation of program success, analyzing data
and quality assurance measures. Ensuring timely, quality response
to identified concerns.
Oversees the hiring, orientation, and training process for new
clinical staff.
Evaluates the performance of clinical staff and takes appropriate
corrective action when necessary.
Develops and implements plans for the continuous improvement of
clinical services.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the field of behavioral health
and incorporates them into the delivery of care.
Represents the organization at local, state, and national
meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Operations
Officer

Requirements:
Job Type: Full- Time
Travel to multiple facilities as needed
Qualifications:
Must possess a PsyD, LCSW, LPC or LMFT with a CSS
Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or directly
related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as
effective presentation skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and customer service
skills.
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively and
constructively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Ability to build rapport and work closely and cooperatively with
internal staff, external customers and community members.
