Publisher SideLocation: Montvale, NJJob Description:The Account
manager is the face of the company to our publishers. They are
responsible for the onboarding process of the new publishers. They
are also responsible for maintaining a relationship with existing
publishers, by interacting via email and phone, checking on their
site daily, informing them of industry shifts and news, and
maximizing their revenue whilst providing their users with a clean
UX experience.Key success factors in a candidate:

- Bachelor's degree preferredJob Responsibilities:
- Regular follow up emails with prospective publishers, email
flows and follow up calls
- Develop a thorough understanding of Next Millennium Media's
offerings and effectively communicate to new and existing
customers.
- Perform other related duties as required and directed.
- Work closely with the sales team.
- Create/set-up placements on one sample page on potential new
Publishers' sites
- Generate and execute short-term go-live 'test' plans for
Salesperson's new Publishers
- Implement new products across assigned Salesperson's Publishers
portfolio's
- Act as primary point of contact upon completion of initial
integration and schedule monthly 'check-ins' to ensure we are
fulfilling and exceeding Publishers expectations
- Participate in weekly meeting with Salesperson to review sites'
status, issues, & opportunities for maximization
- In connection with regular Salesperson meetings, assist
Salesperson with the communication of market insights, knowledge,
and client suggestions to relevant departments
- Perform monthly review of sites in portfolio for issues and
opportunities for maximization
