Job Description:
Sigma Health Rehab - Sigma Health Rehab -is actively seeking a
-Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to work in a
Skilled Nursing Facility.
-
Duties Include:
Assist the director with administration, clinical planning,
development & operations of all therapy programs.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals
for each resident.
Provide mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT,
OT SLP therapy models.
Provide and monitor individual guidance and motivation to
therapists.
Assist therapists as assigned by the director.

Requirements Include:
The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OTR/L, PT, or
SLP)
Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute
settings.
Previous -supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication -& interpersonal skills required.
Positive, team-player attitude.
Working knowledge of CMI, PPS, Medicare, and -HMO management &
utilization.
