The OpportunityRS&H is seeking a Senior Project Director to join our Innovative Program Advisory Service Group!Job Summary: This position will support the Innovative Program Advisory team on various alternative delivery programs and projects across the country, utilizing progressive delivery methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, CMGC/CMAR, and P3 (DBF/DBFOM). Responsibilities include developing implementation manuals, program guidelines, template documents, stakeholder education, and project management tasks such as drafting RFI, RFQ, RFP documents, evaluation manuals, project management plans, and deliverables to meet FHWA project requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience with large infrastructure projects using alternative delivery methods, proficiency in drafting technical requirements, ITPs, and responding to RFIs. They should be capable of managing timelines, budgets, and a team of technical experts to develop project and program documents.Essential Functions

• Support experienced experts in alternative delivery
• Contribute technically on projects with various state DOTs including Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, among others
• Help grow a high-performing Innovative Program Advisory group emphasizing accountability, communication, ethics, teamwork, and performance rewards
• Serve as a Project Manager for pursuits aligning with client selection opportunitiesQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 20 years of experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or P3 (DBF, DBFO/M)
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing complex transportation projects
  • Experience working with state DOTs on alternative delivery projects
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and quality control skills
  • Financial and task management abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
