individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a
number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's
qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and
alignment with market data.JOB SUMMARYThe Project/Program Director
is responsible for overall performance and functioning of the
Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) programs at
The Village, including oversight of outcomes and quality data as
required by CCBHC grant funder (SAMHSA). Oversees program progress
toward identified Goals and Objectives, collaborates with
identified Village leadership to monitor service effectiveness with
identified target populations. With the Vice President of
Outpatient Services, this person provides leadership and management
of the CCBHC program and ensures effective communication with
community partners, including Designated Collaborating
Organizations (DCOs). Additionally, this position will provide
supervision and oversight of staff in related programs such as our
Outpatient Clinic and Access and Utilization.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees overall performance and quality of CCBHC program
activities, including data collection, monitoring and
reporting.
- Participates in planning and developing CCBHC policies and
procedures.
- Works closely with related Village departments to ensure
project alignment and collaboration to achieve stated goals.
- Contributes to agency visibility and development of community
linkages by representing the Village in community groups or
committees as requested.
- Monitoring and tracking critical performance data for all CCBHC
functions, such as monthly outcomes data, progress toward
Goals/Objectives.
- Ensures that the CCBHC stays within budget and spends funds as
allocated.
- Develops workflows and procedures to ensure accurate and
thorough documentation of required data elements, including
biometrics, client contact records, special population service
data, etc.
- Providing supervision to assigned staff members, including
orientation, evaluation, and support/monitoring of staff
development, as well as creates personal development plans for each
person.
- Provides consultation to CCBHC Peer supervisor and other
Village leadership.
- Ensures that CCBHC staff receive effective, targeted training
required for clinical and programmatic excellence.
- Maintains strong, effective relationships with community
partners, including DCOs and their leadership, referral sources,
and other community or state-wide groups.
- Participating in clinical quality improvement and Quality
Assurance activities; participating in Utilization Review.
- Contributing to agency organizational life by participating in
agency wide task forces, committees or problem-solving teams, as
requested.Experience and SkillsEDUCATION
- Master's Degree in a relevant field or PhD/PsyD in
Psychology.
- Licensed as an independent practitioner in CT.EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years' experience overseeing program performance,
including quality, data, and outcomes.
- Excellent oral and written skills and ability to communicate
comfortably with clients, staff, referral sources, and the
public.
- Advanced analytic skills, diagnostic expertise, clinical and
programmatic supervisory experiences, management and administrative
skills.
- Supervisory and management experience. Ability to lead and
manage multiple programs and adapt supervisory style to support the
professional.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Possess solid general computer skills, including ability to work in
a Windows environment. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records
is required, and knowledge of specific applications used by The
Village and its referral sources is a plus.
- Familiarity, sensitivity, and/or experience working with
diverse populations.
- Sensitivity to the impact of race, gender, sexuality, culture,
language and spirituality on mental health treatment.As a Village
