- Team Management: Lead and manage the office team, ensuring
smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training and development
of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to
perform their roles effectively.
- Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process, from
interviewing potential candidates to making hiring decisions,
ensuring the office is staffed with qualified and motivated
individuals.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the office complies with all
relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a
high standard of practice.
- Patient Relations: Manage patient relations, addressing
concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
at all times.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budgets, billing, and
financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory of office and
dental supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and
operational at all times.
- Scheduling and Workflow Management: Optimize office scheduling
and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and patient
satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient and office
records are maintained accurately and securely, in compliance with
legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay Flexible: Be ready to handle additional tasks as required,
adapting to the dynamic needs of the practice.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, preferably in a dental or
healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and technology.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in a
healthcare setting.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional

- Salary is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
