Looking for Registered Nurses with Wound Care Experience.This is
a full time opening for a Bronx nursing home.Available FULL TIME 9
AM - 5 PM ShiftsJob description:* Implementing plans to prevent
pressure ulcers and other wound developments.* Providing education
to patients, family, and staff about preventive measures or
techniques to optimize wound healing.* Performs the primary
function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Center* Assists
physicians with the development and implementation of wound
treatmentRequired Documents:* Updated resume* New York RN License
and Registration* CPR/BLS* 2 Reference Letters* Nursing Diploma* 2
US Government Issued Identification ( Driver's License, State ID,
Social Security Card, or any identification that shows proof of
work eligibility in the US)* Physical Exam and PPD* Chest X-Ray and
TB Questionnaire, if PPD is positive* Proof of immunity to Mumps,
Measles, Rubella and Varicella* Drug Test* Flu Shot during flu
