www.andrus1928.org The Community Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(OLP) is a member of the ANDRUS community based mental health
service team. The Community Licensed clinician is intended to
provide clinical services to help prevent the progression of
behavioral health needs through early identification and
intervention. Services are also intended to be provided via
flexible community-based treatment as needed to address conditions
identified during an assessment process. Come join a new clinical

schedule is 9am -5pm Monday through Friday with flextime to
accommodate the needs of the families we serve. The Community
Licensed clinician must be able to drive to external locations and
work flexible hours as required to meet program needs with some
evenings and/or weekends as identified. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides
an initial licensed evaluation of new applicants and determines if
client meets medical necessity. Provides individual and family
therapy on site, in the field, or in the home. Provides crisis
intervention and makes recommendations for treatment and referral.
Maintains records in an accurate and timely manner in accordance
with appropriate regulations. Creates treatment plan in order to
describe the condition and services needed for care Attend required
supervision, meetings ad trainings. Continuous monitoring that
family choice and voice is present in-service delivery. Conduct
home visits as needed Promote evidence-based wellness and
prevention by linking health home enrollees with resources Travel
as required to community based meetings, medical/behavioral health
provider sites and meetings with Health Home enrollees Maintain
electronic medical records in compliance with ANDRUS standards
QUALIFICATIONS Must have one of the following licensures and
experience: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed
Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental
Health Counselors, Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed
Creative Arts Therapist Bilingual/Fluent (Spanish/English) a plus.
Minimum of 2 years relevant expertise and experience in serving
children and families in child welfare, developmental disabilities,
mental health, healthcare and/or other systems as well as those
receiving preventive services. Excellent writing, communication,
and organizational skills. A passion for serving children and
families with special needs. Ability to travel to community-based
agency offices, participant---s communities, and homes within
assigned catchment area Ability to receive feedback to
professionally grow and/or improve. Proven self-management
abilities, including meeting deadlines, ensuring compliance with
agency policy and procedures, and overseeing complete and timely
maintenance of agency records, in accordance with contractual
requirements. Ability to adhere to our organization---s core
values. Ability to flex their schedule to accommodate the clients
Valid NYS Driver---s License in good standing Physical
