Looking for a Lab Tech in Montvale, NJ 3 Month Contract (extension possible)$25 - $29 hourly 35 hours per week (8a - 4p/flexible) Description Key Responsibilities Prepare various formulations in the lab and conduct performance evaluations (e.g. cleansing ability, fragrance) on formula applications. Conduct chemical and physical evaluations on various formula applications, e.g. stability testing including viscosity, pH, pump testing, pack weight, UV testing, packaging compatibility testing Maintain chemical inventory and documentation (MSDS, CoA) and effective operation of laboratory equipment. Maintain detailed records of experiments performed and generating reports on results achieved. Coordinate product testing with Microbiology, Analytical, Fragrance, and Sensory groups, as needed. Order laboratory supplies and chemicals. What we're looking for:

• High School diploma with at least 3 years of lab experience or Associates Degree in Science with at least 1 year related experience minimum
• Prior experience of working with wet chemistry- laundry or consumer products preferred
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Someone with diligence, good work ethic, and proactive nature.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate, including MS Word, Excel and other related computer skills.
• Must haves: Love to be in a Lab, methodical, documentation skills APPLY NOW!
