Job Description:

We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to work in an outpatient rehab facility in Montvale, NJ. New graduates, travel and local therapists are encouraged to apply!
The Physical Therapist Assistant will treat patient in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities included but not limited to are:
-Work closely in a team environment with a group of experienced physical therapists.
-Administer treatment programs outlined and established by physical therapists, with specific goals defined by the patient's capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders.
-Apply methods and techniques consistent with current research with regards to assessment and treatment.
-Consider the current level of impairment and functional limitations with regard to client/patient therapy goals, their living environment, potential discharge destinations and social supports.
