Montefiore Nyack is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Nyack, New York.Job Description & Requirements

Previous med/surg, sub-acute, or LTC experience highly preferred but not required. N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration. BLS. New Grads welcome.Collaboratively facilitates patient care plans from pre-hospital to post-discharge while managing an assigned unit case load. Responsible for the assessment, planning and monitoring options and services to effectively provide a care plan for the patient across the continuum of care.Montefiore Nyack Job ID #4801.
