The above is accomplished with the utilization of effective communication skills with patients, significant others and members of the multidisciplinary health care team.Minimum of 1 year critical care RN experience required. Bachelor Degree Nursing preferred. National Certification in area of practice preferred. N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration.
