Summary:The WMCHealth Network is recruiting for a full-time Thoracic surgeon, to join the growing surgery department at Westchester Medical Center and Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital. The successful candidate should have a track record of strong clinical and academic accomplishments. Candidate may be eligible for an academic appointment at New York Medical College if appropriate. Familiarity and experience with minimally invasive and preferably interest in robotic procedures. The candidate will be based at the Valhalla campus and be expected to grow the Thoracic program at MHRH, a level II Regional Trauma Center. MHRH has a new DaVinci Xi robot and growing primary care and pulmonary services and will also help cover and perform complex cases at WMC. Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery and possess or be fully eligible for a New York medical license.About Us:WMCHealth offers a generous compensation package with performance and quality measures.
