Our client is a leading provider of mental health services dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward wellness. The Outpatient Counselor, holding a license as an LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized counseling services to clients seeking outpatient mental health care.*Responsibilities Include:** Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' presenting concerns, history, and treatment goals.* Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on identified needs.* Provide evidence-based individual counseling services to clients across the lifespan.* Utilize therapeutic interventions and modalities appropriate to clients' needs and preferences.* Develop and update comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, when applicable, their support systems.* Monitor and adjust treatment goals based on ongoing assessment of clients' progress.* Respond effectively to crisis situations, assessing risk and implementing appropriate interventions.* Collaborate with emergency services and other professionals as needed to ensure client safety.* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required records.* Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining compliance with relevant licensing regulations.* Coordinate care with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to enhance holistic client care.* Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.* Educate clients about mental health, coping strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their well-being.*Requirements:** Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) required.* Current and valid license of either licenses stated above required.* Experience in providing outpatient counseling services.* Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team._Please note- The annual base salary range is $60k to $78k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
