Location: Comfort of our patients' homes Role Highlights: Provide personalized healthcare services to geriatric patients in their residences. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
