Our client is seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join their hospitalist team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in improving patient outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for hospitalized patients
* Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
* Conduct medication management and patient education
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Document care in the electronic health record (EHR) system

*Qualifications:*
* Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
* Active NP license in NY.
* Experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, or critical care preferred
* Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
