1954, Family Services of Westchester is a private, nonprofit,
non-sectarian social services agency. JOB SUMMARY Family Services
of Westchester is currently seeking a F-ACT Psychiatric Nurse
Practitioner for our Restorative Justice Program in Yonkers, NY.
FACT (Forensic Assertive Community Treatment) supports adults with
severe mental illness who are involved with the criminal justice
system. JOB TYPE: Full-Time PAY: $130,000-$150,000/Year (based on
years experience) SCHEDULE: 37.5 hours per week RESPONSIBILITIES -
Responsible for psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing
medical treatment of participants, including prescribing and
managing medications. - Collaborating closely with the clinical
coordinator to ensure the overall treatment plan aligns with the
participant's mental health and criminogenic needs. - Working
collaboratively with the team to meet participants in their
home/community, alleviating participant anxiety around traditional
clinical settings. - Board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner
with experience in forensic psychiatric issues or working with
justice-involved individuals. - Proven ability to manage complex
mental health conditions and provide both psychiatric and medical
assessments, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
setting. QUALIFICATIONS - Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of two years experience in similar position
