22nd Century Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care Level II for a local contract job in Liberty, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Shift: 1st; 08:00AM to 4:00PM with every other weekend Job Responsibilities: . This position involves responsibility for providing professional nursing care for residents in accordance with residents' plan of care. Incumbents work under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. Assignments concerning resident care are given with limited leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment. Supervision is exercised over the work of Nursing Assistants and clerical staff assigned to a nursing unit.
