Job Description: Per Diem CT Technologist – MSK Basking Ridge Join our Radiology team at MSK Basking Ridge ! We are seeking a Per Diem CT Technologist for M SK Basking Ridge , our freestanding outpatient facility, located in Basking Ridge, NJ. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Somerset County, NJ. Role Overview: Perform a variety of CT. and X-ray imaging procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all age groups. Operate CT scanners and associated equipment safely and in accordance with established policies and practices. Explain procedures to patients, monitoring for patient safety and comfort, administering contrast (IV and/or Oral). Conduct imaging in accordance to established protocols and quality standards. Enter complete and accurate documentation into all MSK/Radiology systems. Perform general radiology procedures. Key Qualifications: Associate’s Degree / Certified Vocational Training or Graduate of a 2 yr AMA approved Radiology school. ARRT in Radiography and CT Minimum 2 yrs experience in CT preferred and operating GE systems. NJS Department of Health License in Diagnostic Radiography, IV Certification Core Skills: Effective communication skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges Strong attention to detail Team-oriented Additional Information: Location: MSK Basking Ridge, in Basking Ridge, NJ. Schedule: Flexed shifts between 8am – 6pm on Saturdays, with weekday availability a plus. Possible holidays, as needed . Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology Pay Range : $60.00-$65.00/hr.
