Highlights: - Compensation: Up to $590,000 annually - $450,000 base
salary average (more for voluntary calls) - $80,000 for voluntary
calls - $70,000 employer-funded 401(k) contribution (Maximum
allowed by IRS) - $3,000 CME allowance - $1,650 employer-funded HRA
account - Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 - Relocation Assistance: $10,000 -
Additional Benefits: $500/month car allowance, $80/month cellphone

reimbursement for licensing and board fees - Partnership Track:
Considered at 18 months; granted full partnership at 2 years with a
$2,500 buy-in Practice Overview: Anesthesia Specialists of
Bethlehem is a physician-led private practice with over 30 years of
excellence in anesthesia care. Our team comprises 77 physicians and
120 CRNAs, providing services across 12 inpatient campuses and 3
ambulatory surgery centers within the rapidly expanding St. Lukes
University Health Network. Clinical Scope: - Level I Trauma Center
at St. Lukes Bethlehem campus - Level II Trauma Center and Mother
and Baby Pavilion at St. Lukes Anderson campus (3,500
deliveries/year) - Diverse case mix: orthopedics, thoracic,
neurosurgery, interventional radiology, urology, gynecology, ENT,
vascular, general surgery - Dedicated teams for cardiac, pediatric,
and critical care anesthesia - Active involvement in Perioperative
Surgical Home model, acute pain service, surgical optimization
clinic, and ERAS protocols Call Schedule: - First Call: Every 14
days; weekdays 34 PM to 7 AM, weekends 24-hour shifts - Second
Call: Every 14 days; a regular workday followed by backup duties -
Post-call day off provided after both first and second calls -
Voluntary calls at smaller campuses are available for additional
compensation - Call is evenly split between Bethlehem and Anderson
(1:8) Candidate Requirements: - Board-certified or board-eligible
anesthesiologist - Strong regional anesthesia skills - Fellowship
training in subspecialties (e.g., cardiac, pediatric, critical
care) is a plus - New graduates and fellows are encouraged to
apply!
