Job Description Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient, Primary Care A reputable, growing ambulatory health network is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. Outpatient Only – no inpatient rounding Streamlined, physician-friendly referral network Strong clinical support and autonomy in clinical decision-making Easy access to specialty services within the network Ability to participate in teaching, QI, leadership, or community health programs A mission-driven team focused on population health and serving the community Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Conduct annual physicals, preventive visits, chronic disease management, and acute care visits Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and ancillary services Engage in population health initiatives and community-centered programs Practice in a primary location with occasional coverage at nearby network sites Who Thrives Here? Schedule & Workload Monday–Friday, Days 1 Saturday shift per month (with a weekday off that week) 2 evening shifts per month No after-hours call No inpatient responsibilities Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active NY medical license (IMLC accepted) ACLS certification Strong interest in outpatient, community-based primary care This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician seeking a stable, supportive, community-focused outpatient role with room to grow both clinically and professionally.
