Job Description:
Seeking a visionary System Chief of Hartford HealthCare
Rehabilitation to drive the next chapter of excellence in clinical
care, innovation, and academic leadership across our integrated
health system. In this role, you will lead strategic, clinical, and
academic initiatives system-wide shaping care delivery, advancing
research, and mentoring the next generation of PM&R physicians.
Clinical Leadership: Deliver expert inpatient and outpatient
PM&R care while modeling excellence and innovation in
functional medicine. Strategic Direction: Collaborate with system
leaders and the VP of Rehabilitation Operations to expand access,
improve outcomes, and embed rehabilitation across the continuum of
care. Academic and Research Advancement: Guide our ACGME-accredited
PM&R residency, foster clinical research, and build academic
partnerships with institutions including the University of
Connecticut School of Medicine and Gaylord Specialty Health Care.
System-wide Integration: Drive alignment across hospitals,
institutes, and community practices, ensuring seamless, high-value
rehabilitation services across the entire organization.
