Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Director of Rehab who will lead our dynamic team, providing strategic direction and oversight to our physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across various healthcare facilities. This leadership role is central to enhancing the quality of care we deliver by optimizing therapy services and tailoring them to the individual needs of those we serve. As the Director of Rehab, you will be instrumental in developing innovative rehabilitation programs, managing skilled therapy teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs. Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team across various facilities, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of care. Manage budgetary objectives while strategizing for efficient resource allocation and utilization. Liaise with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to promote integrated strategies. Monitor and report on therapy outcomes to stakeholders and use data-driven approaches for service enhancement. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation and therapy practices and regulations Ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans Proficiency in budget management and data analysis Adaptable to changing healthcare environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE - Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) preferred
