find a qualified PCU RN in New Brunswick, New Jersey, 08901! Job
Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – New Jersey Start Date: March
9, 2026 Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every
other weekend plus holiday coverage required, must be available to
work 2 of 3 major holidays Highlights: Nurse-to-patient ratio of
1:4-5, with flexibility based on census and acuity Diverse patient
mix including pre/post-op trauma, TBI, orthopedic, vascular,
neurological, and bariatric populations Epic EMR system utilized
across the facility Comprehensive interdisciplinary support
including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and
Rapid Response Teams First-time travelers welcomed; locals accepted
at the same rate Float assignments within skillset when needed
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Active New
Jersey or Compact state RN license (required at time of submission)
ACLS, BLS, and IV Certification required Epic charting system
experience required Proficiency in telemetry interpretation and
dysrhythmia management Experience with wound vacs, respiratory
support (chest tubes, BiPAP, HFNC, ABG interpretation, trachs)
Skilled in IV access including ports, central lines, and PICCs
Experience managing cardiac drips (no titration), PCAs, and
surgical drains Competency with ortho trauma, CVAs, TBIs, spinal
cord injury, and pre/post neurosurgery patients Previous charge

submitted with initial application and confirmed via screenshot;
requests with fewer than 7 days RTO and no holiday time will be
prioritized Contract cancellations require 14-day notice to
