join our Lacey, NY clinical team. The position offers a

Core Responsibilities Provide a full scope of general dentistry,
including operative dentistry, anterior and premolar endodontics,
and simple to complex extractions. Develop, communicate, and
implement comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient
education and long-term oral health. Lead and collaborate with
hygienists and dental assistants to deliver efficient, high-quality
patient care. Work closely with laboratory technicians and digital
workflows to plan and deliver fixed, removable, and
implant-supported restorations. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant
electronic health records and documentation in accordance with
Texas State Board standards. Adhere to clinical protocols for
infection control, safety, and quality assurance. Requirements &
Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental
Surgery (DDS) degree from a CODA-accredited dental school. Active
or eligible license Current CPR/BLS certification and valid DEA
registration. Proficiency with digital dentistry workflows,
including intraoral scanners and CBCT, preferred. Strong chairside
manner, effective communication skills, and commitment to
patient-centered care. Preferred Qualifications Experience in
high-volume, fast-paced general practice settings. Additional
training or interest in implants, endodontics, or orthodontic
(clear aligner) therapy. Spanish language proficiency is a
significant advantage given the local patient population.
Performance Expectations Deliver consistent clinical productivity
while maintaining high standards of care and documentation. Foster
strong patient relationships and support treatment acceptance
through clear education and communication. Participate in ongoing
clinical training and quality improvement initiatives.
