Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, evidence-based occupational
therapy to help patients achieve meaningful progress. Collaborate
with a dynamic team to create a supportive, high-performing clinic
environment. Engage in continuous learning and mentorship to refine
your skills and enhance patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive
assessments to identify root causes and develop holistic treatment
plans. Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear
education and motivation to support their recovery journey.
Contribute to the clinic's culture by sharing insights and
participating in team meetings and training. Manage a realistic
caseload, ensuring quality care without compromising work-life
balance. Qualifications: Experience in delivering personalized,
evidence-based occupational therapy to achieve meaningful patient
progress. Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team
to foster a supportive clinic environment. Proven track record of
engaging in continuous learning and mentorship to enhance skills
