Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare, a premier nursing and healthcare staffing
firm, is actively seeking highly skilled and compassionate CVICU
Registered Nurses for travel or local assignments in Morristown,
New Jersey. This position will have you working in a dynamic and
high-intensity cardiovascular intensive care unit, where your
expertise in critical care nursing will aid in delivering
exceptional care to patients with severe heart conditions. Join a

outcomes in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Provide direct
and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor
patient health and progress post-cardiac surgery, adjusting
treatments as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients and their
families about post-operative care and health maintenance.
Implement and evaluate patient care plans meticulously. Administer
medications and maintain detailed patient records. Advanced skills
in managing ventilators, defibrillators, and other critical care
equipment. Strong ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of New Jersey. BLS Certified. ACLS
Certified. CCRN Certification preferred but not required.
