Job Description:
American Medical Response (AMR), a prominent leader in the
medical transportation industry, providing lifesaving services
across various communities, is seeking dedicated and highly skilled
Special Events Paramedics. This role focuses on delivering critical
emergency medical services during special events such as concerts,
sporting events, and large public gatherings. Candidates will be a
part of a dynamic team, ensuring the safety and health of thousands
of participants and attendees by providing immediate clinical care
and effective patient management in high-pressure situations.
Provide advanced medical and trauma care at special events, while
operating under standard protocols and procedures. Collaborate with
other emergency services personnel to create a cohesive safety plan
for each event. Monitor attendees for medical issues, providing
first aid and life-support as needed. Prepare and maintain medical
equipment and supplies before, during, and after the event.
Document all medical interactions and patient care procedures in
accordance with company and regulatory policies. Engage with event
organizers to assess potential risks and prepare appropriate
medical response strategies. Proficient in emergency medical
procedures and protocols Adept in the use of medical equipment such
as defibrillators, EKGs, and oxygen tanks Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Capability to assess and prioritize patient needs quickly and
