Job Description:
At Doctors Subacute Care, we are searching for a dedicated and
compassionate Certified Nursing Associate to join our healthcare
team, focusing on providing top-tier patient care in subacute and
long-term healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will support
various nursing processes, assisting registered nurses and
healthcare staff, and engage directly with patients to deliver
daily care needs. This role involves working closely with patients
who require attentive support and detailed care plans tailored to
individual health statuses and recovery processes. Assist
registered nurses with patient care tasks such as bathing, feeding,
and mobility. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health
conditions. Communicate effectively with patients and their
families, providing updates and education on care processes. Adhere
to all healthcare protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and
clean environment. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
to discuss and plan patient care. Manage and maintain patient
records and documentation accurately and confidentially. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed
instructions and healthcare protocols. Proficiency in handling
healthcare equipment. Time management and prioritization skills.
Empathy and resilience under emotional and physical stress. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
