Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Jan 26, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 2 Description American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of Level I Trauma Center experience and active ARRT R and BLS certifications. Details - Work in a short-term acute care hospital at a Level I Trauma Center - Bi-campus coverage required between two hospital campuses - Schedule includes two 12-hour shifts (7:30am-8pm) and two 8-hour shifts (either 7am-3:30pm or 11:30am-8pm) - No weekends or on-call required - Must be able to float between campuses within clinical scope as needed - Charting is done using Epic EMR; prior Epic experience preferred - Patient population consists of a variety of acute and trauma cases Requirements - At least 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology experience in a Level I Trauma Center at a large facility - Current ARRT R and BLS certifications required - License required if applicable - Pending license accepted, but must be active prior to start date - Flu vaccination is required with no declinations accepted - COVID-19 vaccination and booster required unless religious/medical exemption provided - First-time travelers will not be considered for this role - Reference required for consideration Additional Information - Scrubs in Misty Green (OR scrubs) will be provided - Parking is available at a cost of $125 - Returning employees must have been gone for at least 2 years to be eligible as travelers - A radius rule applies; candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility unless otherwise specified - Up to 7 days of requested time off can be auto approved; requests over 7 days require approval - Travelers may be required to participate in emergency response activities American Traveler Job ID P-657435.
