RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon Northern New Jersey RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services across Northern New Jersey. The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Candidate Requirements: - BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery - Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred - New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure - Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes - Prior teaching experience is preferred More About This Position: - Focus on elective primary and revision total joint procedures - Access to advanced joint replacement and robotic technology - Strong institutional support and established referral base - Collaborative orthopedic team environment - Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and desirable work-life balance NJ Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
